This is seriously one of the most expressive spirits I've ever tried, and I've been through a few thousand. All those flavors come through in the final spirit. Apples, mangos, bananas, smoke, minerals, and yes....chicken. Super limited production and rather pricey, but if you can find it, it's worth it. In case you haven’t tried it, YES.
