Anyone who believes they invented alcohol infused whipped cream is either a fool or a liar. We just happen to be the first to put it in a can and sell it commercially. However, I disagree with him regarding who purchases it. We have a high end bar in Memphis that uses Whipahol on many of their specialty martinis. We also have conference centers using it on coffees as well as restaurants using it with desserts. Whipahol is as diverse as the people who enjoy it. Mixologists have been making these types of alcohol infused whipped creams for quite a while now. I'm not surprised that someone is trying to mass market it. Personally, I'd rather continue to make my own. Not just because it's fun, but because you can't help but worry about who will first be drawn to a product like this. Personally, I’d rather continue to make my own. Not just because it’s fun, but because you can’t help but worry about who will first be drawn to a product like this.
