It was great speaking with you this AM Paul. I'm looking forward to you putting me in contact with a distributer on the west coast for Whipahol BEFORE Christmas. I need some of that yummy stuff to share during this festive season.
Thanks in advance.

I agree with Brian about one thing, this product has been made by mixologists and chefs for decades. Anyone who believes they invented alcohol infused whipped cream is either a fool or a liar. We just happen to be the first to put it in a can and sell it commercially. However, I disagree with him regarding who purchases it. We have a high end bar in Memphis that uses Whipahol on many of their specialty martinis. We also have conference centers using it on coffees as well as restaurants using it with desserts. Whipahol is as diverse as the people who enjoy it. Check out our website and see for yourself - www.whippedlightning.com. As we like to say, practice a little Whipalogy today.

The premise of 'Whipahol' (I feel like I've lost a few IQ points just saying that word) isn't original as an ingredient. Mixologists have been making these types of alcohol infused whipped creams for quite a while now. I'm not surprised that someone is trying to mass market it.

Personally, I'd rather continue to make my own. Not just because it's fun, but because you can't help but worry about who will first be drawn to a product like this.
