First, Coast Range did not start the idea or own any rights to the idea in the first place. Drink Nude Beer was owned by another company and Coast Range was contracted to manufacture it. Coast Range went into the ground due to its own staff and upper management. As far as government approval goes Drink Nude Beer was undergoing a 50 state license for distribution, and was one step away, until the owner decided to pull out at the last minute. Just because the product was not around for that long of a time, does not mean it can't be marketable. Personally i think the media markets and promotes worse things than this, including nudity.
