Many years ago, it was common for TTB to issue label approvals immediately, on the day of submission.

That was a long time ago.

These days it is not so easy to get a quick approval, even when you really need one.

TTB has a formalized procedure to expedite approvals and we can help you use this procedure to your advantage. It is getting more and more difficult to expedite a label, but in limited instances where we can prove a compelling need, it is often possible to get the approval in 2 to 3 days. This cuts your wait by as much as 75 percent when compared to labels not submitted under these procedures.
